When Catherine McFarlane, RN, started working at Kaiser Permanente, she received a DVD in the mail about the Labor Management Partnership. After watching it, she knew she’d made the right choice. In this audio slideshow, McFarlane, a staff educator at the South Bay Medical Center in Southern California, describes how partnership has changed her work life.
