Senior VP Barbara Grimm recently returned from an Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) meeting in Edinburgh, Scotland. Among those she caught up with was Donald Berwick, MD, the former head of IHI who now leads the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
