About the Labor Management Partnership
The Labor Management Partnership (LMP) at Kaiser Permanente is a strategy for high performance that engages physicians, managers and frontline workers in decisions benefiting patient care. It is based on an agreement between Kaiser Permanente and the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions, which is made up of 31 locals in California, Colorado, Oregon/Washington, Ohio, Georgia, Washington DC/Maryland/Virginia and Hawaii.
